• Use the Platform lawfully and respectfully;
• Comply with all applicable laws and professional standards.
Abuse, fraud, or misconduct may result in account suspension or termination.

4. Fees and Payments

Payments between clients and contractors are processed securely through the Platform.
Mr FiXiT charges a service fee for facilitating transactions.
Prices, fees, and payout schedules may change with notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, content, software, and materials on the Platform are owned by or licensed to Mr FiXiT (Pty) Ltd.
Users may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any material without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Mr FiXiT provides its Platform “as-is” and makes no guarantees about the performance, suitability, or quality of services rendered by contractors.
We are not liable for damages arising from user interactions, contractor performance, or external service disruptions.

7. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and GDPR where applicable.
By using the Platform, you consent to such processing.

8. Termination of Access

Mr FiXiT reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these Terms & Conditions, applicable laws, or internal policies, without prior notice.

9. Amendments

We may revise these Terms & Conditions periodically.
Updates will be published on our website and are effective upon posting.
Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, recognising Mr FiXiT’s international operations based in the United Kingdom.
Disputes shall be handled by the competent courts of South Africa, unless otherwise agreed.
